Academic Assessments are carried out online by our Head Office staff. Each assessment provides a professional overview of your child’s current academic position. These assessments are computer-based and combined with a consultation with our head office team.
The cost of your assessment is credited against your account if you sign up to take tuition or placement services with us within 14 days of the assessment.

The School Entrance Test allows candidates aged 6-16 years to be tested.
This helps parents to see if a child has the academic foundations to apply to a highly competitive UK school and gives indicators of where a tutor or parent should focus in revision. The School Entrance Test assesses a student’s English, Maths, verbal reasoning and non-verbal processing. It is fully adaptive, meaning that students will not encounter the same questions that they have seen anywhere else – even if they have taken this test with us before!
The School Entrance Test is combined with a consultation with your location manager to allow you to discuss your concerns and receive an explanation of the feedback. The consultation takes 30 minutes in addition to the test.
Whats included:
- Online adaptive test in English, Maths, Verbal and Non-Verbal reasoning.
- 30 min consultation to provide context and personalised feedback
Duration:
The test timings are different for each age group. Younger children (6-9) require about 75 minutes to complete the assessment, ages 10-13 around 90 minutes and older students (14-16) around 2 hours. We encourage students to take breaks between each module; most modules are around 20 minutes long.
Price – £200
Note: this is not a school placement test.

Our University Entrance Assessment is designed to give students and families a clear, honest picture of their readiness for competitive university applications, including Oxbridge.
Each assessment begins with a focused, one-to-one consultation, delivered online or in person, led by an experienced advisor with first-hand admissions insight. Evaluate a student’s potential to succeed in a highly selective admissions process through a structured academic interview
-
Identify strengths and priority development areas across subject knowledge, thinking skills and communication
-
Build a clear, personalised application strategy covering course, university and college choices, admissions tests, personal statement direction and interview preparation

Answer individual questions from both students and parents, and outline appropriate next steps and support options
