We ask that when you take the call you are somewhere where you can write notes and that you are not going to be disturbed. This will allow us to help your family more effectively.

We want to help you and your child to get the results that they really want. We are prepared to give 100% but we also need you and your child to be committed and demonstrate active participation.

Once you have booked in a call with one of The Education Hotel’s team, you must turn up. If you are unable to attend, please be courteous and inform us – we are happy to reschedule.

Step #4 – Next steps

During the call, our location manager will ask you lots of questions about your child. We want to know all about them so that we can suggest the best option for your family. We offer several different courses, including:

  • Term time group programmes – running every week and supporting students to make progress for a long term exam or set of exams.
  • Holiday booster courses – running daily during the holidays and specialising in one specific goal.
  • Masterclasses – run only by our location managers and teaching children unique skills that they will not get in school or in regular tuition

We even have recorded masterclasses if you are uncertain that your child will be able to make it to our live classes.

At the end of the call, our location manager will talk you through the best option for you. You can book right then and reserve your place, or you can arrange another call with us a few days later.
