Step 2 – What to expect on your call…

First – We’ve received your booking and your application and are reviewing them now. You will be sent an email reminder 24 hours before the call, and 1 hour before the call you will receive a text reminder if you have agreed to this.

Second – We will call you at the time and day of your arranged meeting. Please ensure that you are somewhere quiet to take the call and have no distractions. We will be calling from our office phone number.

Third – Make sure you and your child have set aside time to watch the videos below. Your child does not need to be present on the call, but we recommend that you have a notepad and pen to take some notes.
