White-Labelling with The Education Hotel

Trusted academic delivery. Your brand. Delivered quietly, professionally, and at scale.

The Education Hotel works with a small number of education businesses, consultancies and institutions to deliver high-quality tuition and academic programmes under their own brand.

Our white-labelling partnerships are designed for organisations who want to expand their academic offer without compromising on teaching quality, safeguarding, or reputation — and who value a considered, long-term approach over quick wins.

This is not a marketplace model, nor a referral arrangement.
White-labelling with The Education Hotel is a strategic partnership.

Case study – last minute tuition

One of our agent partners had a client who was making a last minute application to a day school in London and they needed our help in providing online tuition. Within 12 hours we had sourced a reputable tutor, set up communication with the agent and briefed the tutor on their role in this client’s journey.

The client gained access to their target school and we were happy to be able to provide the last piece of the puzzle.

Thank you for being so prompt and communicative.

Case study – school advice and testing

An individual consultant who usually works with relocating families was asked to find a school for the youngest child. They came to us as the parents wish was for the child to eventually enter boarding school in 3 years time, but also to find a school placement for now.

Our advisory team worked to test the child’s current level, tour a selection of local independent schools with the client and consultant and design a flight path for the child to enter top boarding schools. Then our tutoring team took over to help the child to prepare for entrance exams and reach their true potential.

It was easy to work with you as you have both sides of the coin covered!

Case study – sibling tuition

An agency that supports families with their relocation to the UK had a family of 3 brothers moving to UK schools. The oldest needed support vie interview preparation and common entrance, the middle child was taking his ISEB pre-test for the same school and the youngest had special educational needs and so was looking at a different pathway. All 3 boys needed differing levels of support.

We sourced a tutor team for the family, ensuring that all progression towards their goals were clearly communicated during the move to the UK and beyond.

Many thanks for your work with xxx family.

Who This Is For

White-labelling is best suited to organisations who already have an established audience and clear positioning, and who want to add or scale academic delivery with confidence.

This typically includes:

  • Small to mid-sized tuition agencies

  • Education consultancies and advisory businesses

  • International partners seeking UK-standard provision

  • Schools, programmes or organisations requiring trusted academic delivery

White-labelling is not intended for ad-hoc referrals (see referral partners) or for tutors who want a full scale system growth (see franchising)

Case Study: UK & European University Preparation (Alongside a USA Consultant)

One of our agent partners was supporting a student applying to US universities with a specialist USA consultant, but the family also wanted strong UK and European options kept open. They needed support that went beyond generic advice — including UK personal statement strategy, course selection across different systems, and an understanding of how European universities assess academic profiles.

We worked alongside the existing USA consultant, providing targeted guidance on UK and European university pathways, subject fit, and application timelines. This ensured the student’s applications were coherent across regions, without duplicating work or confusing the family. The result was a joined-up admissions strategy, giving the student credible options in the UK, Europe, and the US — and allowing the agent to offer a truly global solution without having to build that expertise in-house.

Your team made it look simple

Case Study: UCAT & Medical Interview Support groups

An agent partner had supported several students student brilliantly through their academic profile and personal statement for Medicine, but needed specialist help when the process moved into UCAT preparation and medical interviews. Timing was critical, and the families wanted support from tutors who understood the realities of medical admissions — not generic test prep. We created a group with experienced UCAT tutors and medical interview specialists, briefed carefully on the students’ strengths, target universities, and existing application narrative. This meant the preparation was aligned with the personal statement work already completed, rather than feeling disjointed.

The students entered the UCAT and interview stages confident, well-prepared, and consistent in their messaging — and the agent was able to offer end-to-end support without overstretching their own team.

Better than hiring our own medicine specialist. I will be back

Case Study: Highly Specific SEN Tutor Requirement (High-Potential Student)

An agent partner was working with a highly able student with autism who was studying GCSE Maths at the age of 9. The family needed a tutor who could stretch the student academically while fully understanding their SEN profile. Despite extensive networks, the agent was unable to find a suitable tutor with both the subject depth and SEN experience required.

We placed the student with a specialist tutor from our High Learning Potential (HLP) team, experienced in supporting autistic students with exceptional academic ability. The tutor was carefully briefed on communication style, pacing, and the wider educational goals for the student. The result was not just academic progress, but a positive, confidence-building learning relationship that worked for both the student and the family — and allowed the agent to meet a need they otherwise couldn’t fulfil.

I never knew you had such specialized tutors

How We Partner

White-labelling with The Education Hotel is collaborative and intentional.

Before any delivery begins, we take time to understand your audience, positioning and quality expectations, alongside the scope and nature of academic delivery required. This allows us to design a partnership that protects both brands and delivers consistently high standards.

Partnerships typically begin with an exploratory conversation, followed by a clearly defined scope and, where appropriate, a pilot phase. Ongoing communication and review are built into the relationship to ensure delivery remains aligned as needs evolve.

We work with a limited number of white-label partners at any one time to protect quality, consistency and experience on all sides.

Commercials, Fit & Next Steps

White-labelling is not about rapid expansion at any cost.

Commercial terms are agreed on a partner-by-partner basis and reflect volume, scope and level of involvement. We do not operate a one-size-fits-all pricing model, and all arrangements are discussed transparently as part of the partnership conversation.

Equally important is fit. We look for alignment in values, standards and long-term intent. When the fit is right, white-labelling works exceptionally well. When it isn’t, we are open and honest about that early.

If you are exploring white-labelling and believe there may be a strategic fit, we invite you to start a conversation with us. From there, we can share further detail, documentation and next steps as appropriate.
